🌟 About the Role

As part of the Technical Support Team, you will help our customers integrate our products into their operational activities by actively contributing to the tasks we handle daily.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Configuring environments for pilots, implementations, and production projects.
• Testing configurations in client environments.
• Performing maintenance tasks, including executing, improving, and creating maintenance scripts for our backend and persistence models.
• Investigating technical issues using analytical tools such as:
  • OpenReplay
  • Metabase
  • AWS CloudWatch
• Customizing User Interfaces to align with customer needs.
• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on inquiries, issues, and configurations.
• Documenting configurations, features, and internal tools for future reference.
• Contributing to internal development, assisting with the maintenance and creation of new features for internal tools and scripts.

🧩About You (Our Requirements):

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & English.
